Poems from Unique Soliloquy
Colourless, a life dutiful
Dangerous, yet strangely beautiful
Echoes top the mountains wings
And from above, an angel sings.
Aspirations of silver and gold,
Sliding, tinkling; a wealth untold,
Nature’s course, beauty wends,
To every garden Nature tends,
Strands across the sky were swept
By a broom of heather, fastidiously kept
A mermaid, down by the great, great sea
Fastened in her heart...
Wisps of wind blew the golden hair across a face of wax and wane,
The pillow soft, the bosom light; ne’er should hath entered in this place...
