A Waxen Death

Wisps of wind blew the golden hair across a face of wax and wane,

The pillow soft, the bosom light; ne’er should hath entered in this place,

The dewdrops of the morning light, reminds us of unkempt pain,

A little soul, a heart of gold, a spirit gone up in grace.
