Poems from Lizaf Asifan
Hey, I'm seventeen, and many of those years have been spent devouring Italian mint chocolate chip ice-cream. I love Italian mint chocolate-chip ice-cream. You should really know that: that I LOVE ITALIAN MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE-CREAM (okay, I think you get the picture now, huh?).
They tell you it's a body for two,
It made you wonder,
Who else - if not her,
The woman she was -
Gone.
Two, in place for a body,
But...
You are the precious metals of theis planet,
You are the strongest thing this planet holds.
You are indestructable.
She is but a feather'...
My God.
With out boundaries?
How could such a thing be?
For I did not choose the Thug life,
The life of Thugs choseth me.
What I see,
When the mirror faces me,
Is the optical illusion of
diffracted white light,
reflected from the surface of glass:
Its material...
Change the world,
Let it bleed,
The rumour's out,
So we can't retreat.
We live a life of criminals.
This time is ours,
so listen close...
