You may be a teacher

Teachers think they're perfect,

embellishing their career.

They prove an epithet of themselves,

usurping through students' fear.

You kicked me out to show order,

you threatened, read or leave!

But you forgot about my disorder,

the first referral, I'll heave.

You believe that I'll drop out,

because i failed your test.

But only i know my route,

and im going to be the best.

You may be the teacher,

the one whom is smart.

And to you i may just be a creature,

but please open your heart.

Each student has a ferocious tail,

though to you its ambiguous.

Listen to it before throwing them in jail,

Your understanding will be serendipitous.

This stanza really hits home for me, because teachers do not take the time to get to

know their students. The student's parents could be going through a divorce, and

sometimes the teachers dont even know. However, if the teacher actually talked with

us and gave us advice, we would be completely thankful. This stanza is my favorite

because, it shows that if the teacher and the student dont have some kind of friendship,

the student is doomed to have a rough time in class.
