You are you
You are unique.
Though this may not be the life you seek,
All around, you will see,
You are what people will never be.
I was born who I am,
And my life is not an anagram.
It can not be changed,
Nor can it be rearranged.
The small, white snowflake in the air
Was crafted with such gentleness and care.
As he gracfully floats, so very fair,
He displays the beauty that he and his brothers do not share.
I am me and you are you.
This we already knew,
But all around, you will see
You are what people will never be.
