Can't you just smile?

Call our names, does it really matter?

We're all grown up

And not elementary kids anymore

Get mad when we're late

Give excuses when you're late

Same routines everyday

Can't you change it  once in a while?

Reading lectures all the time

Can you blame us if we fall asleep?

Show us energy and passion

That's what we want to see from you

Interest of the subject your teaching

Isn't that you should have?

Be ou role model and encourager

Can't you be for your students?

We should learn from you

But, why can't we?

Is it you or is it us?

Who should change for good?
