The Wren

Like The Wren, I crave Freedom.

I bring up peoples spirits

Though I know where I'm from

I could never embrace it.

I protest to be Free.

I live for Tranquility.

And like The Wren I am,

I suggest that we ride with life

not too carefully.

My heart is pure

with my hopes set high,

I seek Adventure

So I learned how to fly.

Inclined in the sky,

I gazed at the stars

and saw we are one.

I'm no longer stunned of who I've become.

Now I hear the cries

of those I've left behind

But I must branch out

So I blocked out the shouts.

The passion in me is strong

Although I know I don't belong

I'll continue to sing my song.

My story will live on

That moment where you find yourself

Is a moment you must admire.

So there I was, all by myself

finding myself in Fire

Frivolous in my days

I'll walk in this continuous haze,

Never affected by what people say

I will continue to bare this Fray

My Creed for freedom will always be,

Yes, it will be apart of me.

For as long as I live,

For as Strong as I stand.

This is simply me
