The World As We Know It

Location

The sunrise stretches it’s morning rays.

The sunset yawns and closes the day.

The clouds scatter and play tag in the air.

The rain falls causing the clouds to tear.

The green hills like scoops of ice cream.

The cool breeze blowing with a scream.

The palm trees bow down to curtsy.

The heat rising showing no mercy.

The snow like glitter on the frozen grass.

The cold snapping anything it may pass.

The rainforest leaves damp with dew.

The canopy trees a tropical hue.

The world we live in today is not so bland.

The world brings awe to those who misunderstand.
