the words stick

i remember starting kindergarten and having so much fun but then that fun ended in grade one with a spunk to say your fat and as other kids began to join i remember that i only had one friend in grade four and then none no one to talk to when it felt like the sky was falling all around to the ground spinning twirling around and around but as a kid you don't know what to do you feel hopeless and as you grow up you are left with these physical emotional mental scars that keep saying in your head for years on end you worthless fat ugly junk and then whenever you are feeling good that one person comes along and tears it down to your feet into a puddle of defeat and even when you try to stand up they just keep pushing you further and further into this hole that you lock yourself inside and gloat and feel like you just can't stay afloat like a boat that's sinking right next to shore but guess what you cant reach it and you are going down deeper into this depression until you hit rock bottom and you think that there is no way up drowning in your own misery thinking no one will ever fall in love with that you are lonely forever until someone pulls you back up and even when you are on shore fine and alive and over it the words that they said will haunt you forever in your head.
