Wolf or a Sheep?

To be a wolf or a sheep?

Die of boredom,

Or die alone?

Many will choose boredom,

thinking they can find a task to do.

I chose alone,

not realizing how much I'd lose.

No moments to share,

no one who cares,

unable to bare myself for an eternity.

Wasting time with what I loath the most.

The thoughts in my head,

that keep me from bed.

Insomnia is no friend,

Food is the enemy too.

Being perfect for no one,

I can't fill my own shoes.

Sticks and stones don't break your bones,

But your thoughts can surely hurt you.

I am the wolf,

overwhelmed with grief.

Are you a wolf,

or sheep?
