Why I love you, Art

Art

126th Avenue of my Mind

February 2nd, 2018

Dear Art,

It’s a love/hate relationship between you and me;

I love you because you can either be simple or complex;

I hate you for the block you give me when I cannot think.

I love you for the way you come to life under my pencils, brushes, pens;

I hate you because sometimes it’s not as easy as it looks.

I’ve loved you from a very young age;

But I hated you when I couldn’t get it right.

But in the end, I will always love you, for being there when I needed you.

I will always love you because we grew up together, slowly becoming better.

I will always love you because you are my best friend and you are my passion.

Love,

Hayden Hanshew
