I was going to start a poem about this topic

But seriously fuck you if you think I write for anyone but myself

I am

And I am not

But I will never be for you

A more fitting question perhaps is why I write

In this I feel comfortable exploring

When I write I try to bring out from inside of me 

whatever it is that keeps bringing me back

If I didn’t want to write I wouldn’t

But I do and therefore I must

There is an energy in all of us

It pushes us in the direction that will fulfill our wishes

As humans we must develop our ability to sense

When our spirit pushes us to our subconscious desire,

Whatever it may be.
