Who Are You?

Location

A storm rages inside me, but there's nowehere to hide.

The memories provoke me, telling me to glide.

There's nowhere to run, so I stand strong.

I won't allow myself to do any wrong.

Who am I you ask? It's easy to see.

Even without the mirror, I am me.

Anger fuels my action but refuses to turn into hate.

Emotions try to tempt me, but I control my fate.

Maybe I am not the best, but my heart is always true.

My actions are always difficult to misconstrue.

I am smart, but not arrogant, for that is against the Way.

I try to live each moment as if I will not get another day.

Even though I am American, I try to embrace Bushido

I do not live the life of a warrior; I am truly chivalric, though.

I assess situations and act properly according to them.

I am who I am, from branch to stem.
