Where is our parade?

Where's our pride parade?

You don't see us flaunting our sexuality.

Where's our pride parade?

We want support and equality too.

Everyday is a pride parade for the straight people of America.

Where's our pride parade?

If you can have one we should to.

WHERE IS OUR PRIDE PARADE?

Oh but you do have a pride parade.

On every magazine, t.v. show, news paper, and sidewalk in the world.

We are told that we should not talk about our sexuality.

We are told to not make others uncomfotable.

We are told not to shove our homosexuality down the throats of our brothers and sisters.

Yet growing where were the people like me?

We have a pride parade because after years of opression and abuse we had enough.

We have a pride parade because every child deserves to know that they are beautiful the way they are.

We have a pride parade because we are here and we are ready to fight for our rights.

They day we dont have a parade is the day WE are treated as humans.
