I am from chores since I was seven
From pine smell and chores from mother
I am from the red walls and darkness of my room
I am from a mother with tough love and you get what you earn
I am from a family that does not know me or trust me
From a sister who always told me “dad loves you more” and you’re an athlete from heart
I am from a medium size home with many different types of beautiful plants and herds that fathers says protects our family from evil to a full house of pets
I am from hiding what it is, and showing what is wanted
From the reason no one ever noticed I suffered from depression
I am from a happy yet bipolar mother to a sweet and in his own world father
I come from baby sitter to baby sitter because my parents have always worked hard to give me what I have
Im from a father who had to cross the boarder running and a mother who had no papers, but yet they give me more than I need
I am proud to say I come from a family who had to struggle and live in the ghetto
For that reason I am from an inside world, I had to experience drive byes since I was small
From them is how I matured and am independent
I come from a medium size home with wonderful plants that make the yard smell like perfume
I am from the backyard that always smelled like wet dirt ( which I loved) only to dig for worms and other insects
