What Would You Change Scholarship Slam.

Why should we be stereotyped?

Let's put forth an effort to make things right.

Prove you wrong? I just might.

Don't judge me according to what you see.

Take the chance to look within me.

Give me a fair opportunity.

Not one person has the same title.

Nor the same idol.

But yet their purpose is still vital.

Let's take a moment to look past my skin.

Walk together as men.

Fighting battles within.

Let's take a moment to get to know one another.

Fight battles with each other.

Live as sisters and brothers.

Let's take a moment to sit down and agree.

What's for you isn't for me.

So let's agree to disagree.

So whether someone has a husband or wife.

Living a different life.

They still battle with strife.

Everyone deserves to be treated the same.

Even though they may be crippled or lame.

We are all playing the same game.

Trying to be successful at this thing called life.

Falling short, but still fight.

Never letting go, holding on tight.

So from this day forward, let's join hand in hand.

Doing whatever we can.

To make sure the whole WORLD understands.
