What makes me tick? All the tears my mother shed from finical struggle.

What makes me tick? Those who dont believe in me and look down at me.

What makes me tick? The desire to be successful.

What makes me tick? Being able to bring a smile to my mother's face.

What makes me tick? To be able to inspire others like me to do and become better in life.

What makes me tick? My supportive friends and family members who believe in me.

What makes me tick? Being tired of struggling and wondering what me and my mother will eat tonight.

What makes me tick? Seeing other young black men who do not aspire to become greater and leave the struggle behind.
