and directly into my heart. 

With every wave that crashes, 

and every breathe I take,

I feel myself slowly being pulled into the present moment,

completely and utterly, 

distracted, 

in awe of everything you've done. 

your grace surrounds me

with perfect peace.

even when I don't deserve. 

You are patient with me

you call me close; 

you embrace me, 

and clean me up. 

By the water,

I am safe,

but I will forever be safest with you.
