A voice is heard

but silenced

by society

crushed as a

rose as it loses its petals

so does the sound

But then there is a crack

like the one in a dam

going to explode

Roaring it comes out

not letting anything get in its way

Refusing to be shut down again

is the voice

the voice inside my head and soul
