Virtue

Sat, 08/24/2013 - 17:29 -- AB342

Patience, my friends, cannot be so easily sought

It must be constantly practiced

It cannot be perfected by humans, for that virtue only belongs to the one true Creator

Truth, my friends, is rarely simple to speak

It must be constantly worked upon

It cannot be perfected for we are creatures fond of lies and dishonesty

Loyalty, my friends, is often difficult to achieve

It must be constantly acted upon

It cannot be perfected for we often live only for ourselves

Happiness, my friends, may be difficult to find

It must be constantly sought after

It cannot be immediately achieved, but it can be done

Love, my friends, is often hard to come by

It must be taught and held close

It cannot always be unconditional, but it can be freely given to those who seek and need it
