Universal Love

Tue, 11/18/2014 - 08:30 -- md1414

I am not an athlete.

I am not a brain.

I do not have the usual talents

With which most achieve their fame.

But I lug my heart around

Like a tired mother of two,

Hoping it might heal someone,

It doesn't matter who.

You see, my love's for everyone,

I don't discriminate.

For who's to say what you should love,

Or who your heart should "hate".
