Surrounded by failure,

by everything I wish not to be,

& it's the people I thought would help the most,

that are constantly standing on top of me.

The world is on my shoulders,

there are so many mountains and rivers to cross,

But if I fear the obstacles I'm faced with,

I'll never make it across.

I have a vision in my mind,

a portrait of success,

I have it all planned out,

Dreams that none could suppress.

At times giving up sounds easy,

but it's so much harder than actually continuing on,

Because a life without success has no reason for moving on..

The roads are often curved,

the rivers, freezing cold,

At times I am alone,

but this is the best time,

to let my dreams unfold..

They say I'll never accomplish it all,

but their doubt just fuels my fire,

Each time somebody says I can't,

it deepens my desire.

I've hit brick walls, and ran straight through,

nothing can stop me once I start,

I've put my all into everything I do,

the best way to win is to always use your heart.

I'll make it to the top because that's what I want,

Success is my only option, it's not a decision,

I'm focused, ready for whatever,

Yeah.. I've got tunnel vision !
