Time Relieves All Stress

Sat, 04/16/2016 - 12:43 -- Lober99

I've planned my whole life.

I'm always looking ahead.

I've forgotten the present.

I have to stop

And look around me

look behind me

slow down

focus on the task at hand.

I need to stop zoning out

floating away.

I need to feel

 to touch

 to smile

 to laugh

 to breathe

to stay planted on the ground.
