Through Time To Come

I've found another special lady,
You're completely moved on
We are happy together, mutually;
So there should be nothing wrong.
Yet, there are still words
Weighing down on my heart
Set a year away from the hurt,
We still break apart.
To my woman, my wife
I sincerely apologize
To my first half, the beginning to life
Can we some how compromise?
You have a great man, a solid,
But I can't fully let go
The thought of giving you away, to be honest
Is hard like paper catching water flow.
You were my 'bass, bam, boom
The river of tears when love was dry
Something like a passionate trip to cancun,
And at times the good to my bye.
I love you,
There's no need in bush beating
At times I need you,
Like blood in a shark frenzy.
At night's before I go off to dream
A clear picture of you rises,
In the dark you're under the sheets
Like a saint who compromises.
There is no world large enough,
That if you needed me,
I wouldn't cross that world's crust
For L-O-V-E.
If forever was too long,
I can honestly understand that
But while you're away my heart burns
To get back on track.
I questioned myself
What would you do if love's lost?
I'd be overcome by stress
My tough exterior will deteriorate and go soft.
So, just remember where you've come from
Down our two separate paths we walk
I'll be right next to you,
Through time to come.
