Suffocation

Location

It's a feeling of suffocation

weighing down on your chest

inability to breath

inability to ration

tears continue flowing

"You're not good enough."

"You will never make it."

"Why do you even try?"

Nothing will be okay again.

All your faults and your flaws

they are suffocating you.

Get up, you.

Get up, and look up.

Look at the sky, breathe in the air.

Look at yourself.

You are beautiful.

You are good enough.

You should never stop trying.

Because you are important.

You have a purpose.

Don't ever feel like you are anything

less than perfect.

Your chest expands and you look up.

You breathe, you smile.

You have a purpose.

You can do it.
