successful people do what they have to do whether they like it or not, shut your brain off and just do it, you don't think about it, you just know that something has to be done. just like you brush your teeth, just like you breath. you train it's just apart of your being. who you are, what you do, no matter how tired you are! we all have busy lives! we all got lots of things to do! i'm a student, i have tests to take, i'm a full time cook, i have a boss to attend to, i have a mother who struggles to pay off her own bills, and i'm the son who manages around the house. all of our lives are full, we all have plenty of things to do. dosen't matter how tired you are, dosen't how beat down your body is, dosen't matter how mentally and physically or spiritually drained you are. you just show up! you don't think about it you just show up!. 99% of the game has won when you just show up, you make it a habit. the minuet you try to make a excuse, the minuet that when you have a valid "rationalization" is to why you shouldn't train that day. why you can't make it out? you lost the game. the minuet when you just shut your brain off and show up your half way to "winning". your tired? dosen't matter because there is no time for tired. you sleep when your "dead"... sleep is the cousin of death.
