Too little time, too much talk.

Why are we learning what we do not need to be taught?

Why can't we make a little noise and have a voice?

Why are we never able to make the choice?

Let us make a change,

And widen the range.

The tables are about to turn,

Let us students show you teachers how it is done.

We will list all the subjects we have always wondered about.

Maybe we can learn about our life time job,

Or go on a few more field trips.

Maybe we can work in groups more often,

And leave out the presenting solo in front of the whole class.

Maybe we can learn to bargain shop.

Maybe you can teach a little about love and some more about music.

Maybe if you had taught us about life we would all be a little more wise.
