"Remember to look up at the stars and not down at your feet. Try to make sense of what you see and wonder about what makes the universe exist. Be curious. And however difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do and succeed at.
It matters that you don't just give up."
-Stephen Hawking

You and I aren't so different;
Our bodies carry the same imprint.
Cousins to the trees,
Relatives to all we see;
We are here by circumstance,
And for success, we have only one chance.

Just stand up,
You're striking in every degree.
Just stare up,
And take in all that you see.

We have only this fleeting life
To puzzle out all we can.
Every minute struggle and strife
Ends with our lifespan.

But our victories live on;
Our schools serve as pantheons
For those brilliant, astounding findings
Which make simple nature's masterminding.

So why ponder what could go wrong?
Why focus on the transient cons?
Society can't bring your suffering along,
But it can use the conclusions you've won!

Why save one life
When you can save a thousand?
Why focus on a rock
When you can move a mountain?
Try it, while your time is rife!
Soon enough, it will be out of stock!

Give it a spin,
Don't be afraid to ask of questions!
It'll give you a grin
When the universe makes wild suggestions.
