The Sorrows of Growth

Plans may not stay,

Haunted by feelings of dismay,

Misfortunes will come and go,

Following the ancient flow.

Humiliation may be on display,

Shining bright as day,

Brightly do the cheeks glow,

With the mistakes in the show.

Yet, the sorrows of today,

Will fade away,

Melting like winter snow,

To let nature grow.

So continue on with ballet,

Continue on with the essay,

Nothing will be owe,

But the smile you bestow.

Don't let trouble cause you to stray,

Or turn your day gray,

Because the more you undergo

The more you'll grow.
