Sonnet I: Lost but Found

Don’t be afraid,

Just take my hand.

Come on let’s getaway,

And forever I’ll be your man.

I already know the consequences,

You were my light in a world full of dark,

But you surrounded yourself in fences.

Now, I can’t even feel your heart.

This place became cold—

As you fill it with horrible memories; of what used to be

So, this heat I will hold.

I just wish you could see, how much you mean to me.

I’d die for you, and I’d live for you.

But would you do this for me too?
