I am exhausted;
Tired of all of the childish games,
The bickering,
The lying,
The constant putting down
Of anyone
That crosses your path,
That gets in your way –
No matter who they are

I am past the point
Of caring
What happens down the road,
If we survive
This chaotic,
Distraught,
Revolting,
Mess
That you started,
Despite the
Empty words that leave
Your lips.

This started with you,
Your bickering,
Your belittling of
My sister and I;
Or from you
Standing there,
Egging it on,
Like the cowards
You all really are

Because I am different
Because I am small,
Freckled,
Geeky,
Red-headed,
Just different
From you
And your
Delusional
Ideas
Of what I should be,
Of what I am not
And never will be

I am strong,
I am mature,
I am a grown-ass woman
And you,
You are weak,
You are immature,
You are a poser,
A wanna-be
And you will never tear me down again.
