Some people use this word with pride.

Others are embarrassed to use it.

I am neither prideful nor embarrassed. 

Because I am not single.

Single means my heart belongs to no one.

Single means I can date whoever.

Single means not caring about anyone.

Single means being free.

But everyday my heart aches for him.

But I cannot imagine being with someone else.

But you are always on my mind.

But my love belongs to him.

He is not my boyfriend.

He doesn't want me.

But I want him.

I do not fit the definition.

I am not single.
