Separation

Her eyes are just like the deep blue ocean;

His smile shines as bright as the sun above.

When she looks at him she sees devotion.

He knows she is everything he's dreamed of.

Dark thoughts come along lurking in corners,

Waiting for the perfect moment to claim.

Asudden the two become foreigners,

Although neither are completely to blame.

Once they vowed to unify as a whole,

But just like that, one again becomes two.

They both begin to search for their old soul.

All things now seem to be a sun in blue;

So many things done leaving two broken,

Hearts are empty, words are left unspoken.
