Senior year is finally here,

I don’t know if I should cry or cheer.

Constantly fighting with my mom,

we both know I’ll soon be gone.

Stressing out about tuitions,

hoping college will bring fruition.

All my friends going separate ways,

long months grow into shorter days.

The future is quickly becoming the present,

will the rest of my days here be pleasant?

Counting down until June 8th,

Will it all be worth the wait?
