Given this talent to share with the world,

Discovered it when i was a young girl.

Didn't undderstand it until I got older,

It was the start of me feeling bolder.

If I couldn't say it,

I wrote it.

If I couldn't write it,

I sung it.

Peotry is the thing that alows me to express who I am,

Not everyone wants to hear what I say but this is a way to say it anyway.

Poetry became a passion of mine,

I belive I have been writing it since before the age of nine.

Poetry is a thing anyone can do,

It plays a different role for other people which I know is true.
