Losing your sanity

Is just to easy

 If you lose your own trust,

 You really know you are in a bust

 

Fearing yourself...

Wanting to kill yourself...

Is all that normal?

 

Suicide thoughts rarely inhabit my head

But, they used to be more common then the tears I shed

 

I asked one if I was losing my mind

 He said I already have...

Is my sanity something I want to find?

 Or should I care less?

 

I do not understand...
