Running

Location

If you look beyond the city

Mother Nature continues after it was

wrongfully stolen from

Over there lie dirt trails that extend for marathons

In the first gleam of dawn, I am already there

Running, breathing, wanting

to go for marathons times one-hundred

through the crunch and aromas of leaves

through the baring trees

I can finally let go

When I run, where I run

I am home
