Run

Location

Run.

Go forward,

Trust your legs.

Are they pillars or twigs?

Faster.

Like Hell.

Towards The Destination.

Times’ scythe nips at your heels.

Recover.

Stand up.

The worst has passed,

Your wings aren’t yet clipped.

Chase,

Or retreat.

Identify your origins.

Fear and dreams are siblings of stride.

But what do we run from?

What threats follow?

Always being,

Chased.

And if we are broken on the journey,

With chance of reoccurrence,

Ever be,

Recovered.

Surely there are sacrifices made.

No fair transactions.

You must,

Fast.

These appendages are dominoes.

After all, it’s controlled falling.

Even so,

Run.
