Reveal or Keep the Illusion Real

Inside i cannot hide,

it’s only an illusion that life is on my side.

I cannot show them; who knows how they will perceive

The mess of my mind that can only grieve?

Living is worse, they don’t understand

It is best to go to the promised land.

People like me, they can see

That is where we would like to be.

I cannot share the way i feel

For it only has the power to reel.

I am cornered in the dark, waiting for my light

But it will never escape the night.

They can’t be exposed to my thought

Who knows how much time that bought?

I will die in the corner for no one to see

Because they saw the real me.
