Reality Check On Love

Location

Love is a four-letter word

I’m sure you’ve heard that one before

I see all these couples holding hands and I’m over here like forever alone

Everyone else seems to have found the one for them

But what will become of me?

Cupid won’t even lend me a hand and I’m not something you’re pleased to see

By now I have lost all hope

I don’t even care anymore

I planned to live my life in a room, cold, scared and alone

After all I never planned on getting married

Who needs a man these days?

All they do is break your heart and then they go away

All these little girls fantasize about their weddings

Yet they are clueless about this tragedy

A good man isn’t easy to find these days and honey that’s just the reality
