Rapunzel Remade

Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair

Rapunzel, Rapunzel, why do you stay in your lair?

Don’t you see there is a whole world out there?

While you sit and wait

Time passes by

Any more sitting-

And you'll be far too late

Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair

I wish you could see

I wish you were aware

This opportunity is so rare-

To travel, to explore

Do you even dare?

Leaving your lair takes a risk

It requires effort

Unlike a wish

The safety of the lair

Might even be missed

But it’s worth it, I swear

Go see what’s out there

And no matter what, no matter where,

Always remember to let down your hair
