She was speaking from the heart.
Multiple pens help to color scars.
The word wasn’t in white nor black.
But made of rainbows, taking many years...
...just for a seconds flash.

They devoured her faster than wolves.
Devoted, to both moon, and night… this, a deadly silence.
Breaking deeper into her mortal wounds, she writes.
Hope cannot even mock, the sound.

Words, were the bridge home... a place she can't go,
Over flooded by emotions, which was she choking on.
Worked her lips and invoked the remaining tears.
Belief and doubt will not be forgotten.

Listing worries and knew that it this one, has no way to be spelt.
Memories of herself, there they sit, abandon in frames.
A lot of time was left, on these shelves.

As for her prince charming
Left his bitterness still smiling.
And for the loss of everything…
Here flickers the light of destiny.

She sees only the darkness, in the unblinking beyond.
A twist of fingers, amongst strangers.

She went into the shadow as soon as fate lost itself.
Along with her songs and the writing of poems
