A Peaceful Storm

We laugh and tumble,

quite like a storm.

Everyday you are my prayer,

a blessing when you were born.

There are up's and down's,

do not get me wrong.

But in the end,

we make sure it finishes with a melodic song.

"Because I Love You,"

you always say.

"We are the reflections of

the flowers that bloom in May."

Our differences will not allow us to crack,

even if we have many traits that we lack.

Communication will always set us free,

A connection like honey and bees.

There will always be a request for some space,

but in our hearts we will always reserve a place.

Of course we witness screams and cries,

but we refuse to let each other say goodbye.
