Why does the idea of perfection exist,

Is it to provoke the unaccepting pessimist?

why do we have the idea of a flaw,

Is it to Gawk in negative awe?

No but this does not affect the virtuos temple

for all thoughts are unique, kempt

clean and frail, we are

but we dilute our pail concious rivers and raise the bar 

but dont you dare think I percieve

that I am a blemished fruit

I will uptake my values and hold them dear

for my mar, I will never fear

 all our blights 

I are not baleful, simply distinct

only true characters shall embrace

every immaculate disfigurement of our race

We are all an imperfection

but that does not stop the optimist.
