That One Moment

Have you ever thought your life was unfair? Like the things that happened to you shouldn't have happened.

Would you go back in time and change that one moment that was worth it?

I mean why should you? The past isn't important anymore, so why change it?

That one moment in your life that taught you how to love, feel and despise combined in one;

later divided into many.

And I don't think I would do that to myself;

To alter the past the way that I want just so my future will look better
That one moment in my life that tried to break me, healed me

And changing my past wouldn't solve shit

I truly believe that no one is born perfect

Hell, not even close to perfection

And I honestly pity those who believe that there are perfect people born in the world

That one word should be chopped into pieces and thrown away into a burning inferno

Perfect: a word that is based upon and expressed as a lie

Do you remember that one moment that you would've literally died for to come true?

And did it?

Was it worth it?

Now I'm not saying that there won't be plenty of moments to remember

However, just take this time to remember just ONE

Now tell me, was that one moment really worth it?
