From the age of 9

I wanted to become a vet

Not the war kind the animal kind

I've had dogs and fish.

I've had the experience of knowing

From birds to turtles.

But I want to be able to take care of more

I want to be able to say they are okay

I want to be able to see all kinds of animals

I want to be able to save their lives

I want a chance to be able to all I can.

And as time has pasted 9 years later still

I know I want to be a veterinarian.
