One Flaw to Rule Them All

I often hear

empty words of praise.

Compliments about

my looks, my grades.

No one ever looks

at the true beauty in me.

But I know

what everyone fails to see.

My flaws make me flawless.

All of my mistakes

help me grow.

My painful experiences

make me glow.

All the pressure

helps me learn.

All the anxiety

guides me through life's turns.

I get worried, anxious, angry, scared,

but everytime I do, I remember:

My flaws make me flawless.
