Not what goes in defiles but ...

Mark 7:21-22

21 For from within, out of the human heart, come evil ideas, sexual immorality,

theft, murder, 22 adultery, greed, evil, deceit, debauchery, envy, slander, pride,

and folly.

Not what goes in defiles ...

Bring ideas to the foreground … “original” from man‘s own mind?

Thoughts that have been before … tempting man the new to find

Discovering what is already there … embalming one in satisfactory

To be different from the rest … to embrace other folk’s perplexity

To feed to others what you feel … and call that true reality

Is like serving man with orders … emphasizing banality?

Only the strong will survive … while Christ came to safe the weak?

Is that not the contradiction … that you feed others at your peak?

You found a crowd to follow … you will lead them by the nose

To a place founded by sewage … that they will absorb in overdose

It is not what goes in that defiles a man … but what comes from the heart

So why expose them to who you are … offer Jesus in His Righteous Path
