NIGHT TO DAY

Every day I live,
My heart dies more inside
I'm sure that no one knows
How many tears I've cried
The thing about my heart
Is that it likes to hide
Beneath the skin, beneath the smile
Beneath these painful lies

But then, I look at you
You put my heart at ease
I realize that your love
Is all I really need
The loneliness subsides
The pain just fades away
I look into your eyes
You turn my Night to Day
