A name. What's in it?

Romans 12:3  New English Translation

Conduct in Humility

3 For by the grace given to me I say to every one of you not to think more highly of yourself than you ought to think, but to think with sober discernment, as God has distributed to each of you a measure of faith.

 A name

A man lives up to his name. Does that make sense at all?

What if your name is Parasite? Are you then doomed to fall?

Or when your name is Tick? Aren't you better off being a bird?

A bird that you have in hand rather than the ten, which are absurd?

What is in a name when it is changed to be Christian?

Do you have to live up to the name that now you'll be?

What if you bring shame to the family of your adoption?

Would your name be engraved or wiped out by your need?

The most accessible name to adapt to is Hey you, hypocrite

It fits like a glove because it is hardly by self noticed

As you waste your time denying that it does not fit

You don't know right from wrong, as you fake solace
